We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estates where the cherries are forced to develop a dense, resilient structure and a complex sweetness. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Prism-Batch" craft utilizing small-batch thermal mapping to highlight ethereal notes of wildflower honey, toasted almond, and crisp stone fruit.
